








Elie Rothschild has devoted his professional career to the development of clean energy. For the past 10 years, Mr. Rothschild has been involved in the renewable energy and sustainable building industries. He is a licensed solar contractor (C46) in the state of California. Mr. Rothschild is a certified energy inspector and has received training through the California Building Performance Contractors Association. In 2005 Mr. Rothschild co-founded Sustainable Energy Partners LLC (SEP), a clean energy development firm. Mr. Rothschild is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin business school, and is a dedicated father and husband.
John Humphrey has worked in the renewable energy industry since 2002, co-founded Sustainable Energy Partners LLC (SEP) in 2005, and has experience working on energy projects in Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, Scotland as well as the US. He was born in Puerto Rico and is fluent in Spanish. He opened SEP’s New York City office in 2008. Mr. Humphrey specialized in Sustainable Energy Engineering at the Royal Institute of Technology’s Masters Degree program in Stockholm, Sweden and has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from North Carolina State University. Mr. Humphrey previously worked as an Information Architect for multiple interactive technology companies in the dot com IPO days of New York’s “Silicon Alley”
George Schnakenberg III has 11 years of product design experience, which includes work experience at Altitude Inc., Proteus Design in Boston, and Y Studios in San Francisco. His designs have won several Business Week/IDS IDEA awards and span multiple disciplines including solar products for the home and consumer electronics. Mr. Schnakenberg graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design.
